Here are the essential skills and qualifications we are looking for:Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.- 8+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in the field of Software Development.- Proven track record in an Agile development environment.Customer-Centric Approach:- Proficient in creating compelling customer proposals and delivering impactful customer presentations.- Ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams across different locations, emphasizing cooperation and influence.Technical Proficiency:- MS Office Tools expertise, including MS Project for effective project planning and tracking.- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on project success, revenue growth, and cost management (P&L responsibilities).Effective Communication:- Strong written and oral communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with all levels of management and team members.- A sense of urgency in driving issues to closure, always aiming for successful outcomes.- Consistently meets deadlines and delivers high-quality work.Adaptability and Prioritization:- Multitasking proficiency to handle multiple assignments concurrently.- Skillful at prioritizing tasks to achieve project goals efficiently.Relationship Building:- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members.Functional Requirements:- Experience in gathering and documenting functional requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.Customer-Facing Skills:- Previous customer-facing experience, understanding the importance of client satisfaction.- Strong interpersonal skills are critical for this customer-facing role.Certifications:- PMP or SAFe® CSM® certification, or a demonstrated plan to achieve these credentials.Tools Familiarity:- Prior experience working with JIRA, SmartSheet, or Github is a valuable asset.Nice to have- Experience in the retail industry
