How You'll Make an ImpactReceive and analyze field reports to lead their resolution by involving the appropriate team.Document valid claims and warranties to ensure accurate follow-up until closure.Maintain an accurate record of warranty and claim costs.Manage material resources for warranties, including shipping and export.Request quotes, generate material and service requisitions, and follow up on their billing.Manage after-sales projects, such as spare parts, engineering studies, etc.What You BringStudies in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.Desirable experience in transformers, project management.Availability to travel abroad if vital.3+ years of successful experience in customer happiness, process and project management.About the TeamOrder Management is a team focused on customer service through project management from its inception, handling warranties, claims, or inquiries after the project is delivered; we are the link between the customer and the factory, and customer satisfaction is our top priority.
