This role will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, contributing to the long-term success and sustainability of our clients' energy solutions.Key Responsibilities:Portfolio ManagementManage a portfolio focused on spare parts delivery to customers in Hispanic LATAM.Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication, project updates, and a focus on customer satisfaction.Project Planning & ExecutionCoordinate with logistics, procurement, and inventory teams to secure necessary spare parts and manage timely deliveries.Adhere to PM standards defined, and manage and coordinate all temporarily assigned project staff.Stakeholder CoordinationCollaborate with internal departments (e.G., logistics, procurement, and finance) and external vendors to streamline project execution.Act as a liaison between customers and the company, fostering strong relationships and aligning expectations on project milestones and deliverables.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify potential project risks or delays and implement proactive solutions to minimize disruptions.Monitor project progress and ensure all projects remain on schedule and within budget constraints.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare regular project status reports, including KPIs, and post-project evaluations.Conduct data analysis to identify areas for process improvement, cost savings, and increased customer satisfaction
