Mission The Project Manager will own the creative workflow from initial briefing, through concept approval, day-to-day work, client presentations and revisions, and until final creative delivery for one-off and retainer projects. Job Functions Develop, maintain and execute full-cycle project plans and lead the creative team through the process, including defining project schedules, objectives, and deliverables. Lead the implementation of effective campaigns supporting all advertising, marketing, and business efforts. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects, leading cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed Provides timely issuance of all documentation: proposals, project initiations, creative briefs, estimates, timelines, meeting summaries, and status and budget reports. Works closely with all agency department staff to develop and implement strategic project plans. Maintains up-to-date project documentation, tasks and estimates on PM Tool (Asana/Monday) Has a thorough understanding of the planning, creative, and production processes. Develop and maintain proper vendor relationships to accomplish goals Manages time estimates, team workload, deadlines and financial resources to ensure client projects are on time and on budget. Orchestrate the flow of all potential and active tasks that come through the agency Assign resources to projects based on their capabilities, previous experience, availability, or project budgets. Maps risks like resource overutilization, underutilization, and uneven workload. Source and manage freelance talent for various project needs. Requirements Hard Skills +5 years experience in a similar role Advertising agency experience Project Management Creative campaigns implementation Digital marketing Project management software tool experience like Monday, Asana.
