1) Defines an efficient and effective method for programs management and updates communication. 2) Maintains MRP, materials and production planning updated. 3) Plan and schedules project goals, milestones and deliverables. Gantt management. 4) Defines resources for project and program implementation. 5) Works with Materials area to implement strategies for DM cost down. 6) Monitoring cost down projects from definition to implementation and results. 7) Oversees and directs the project's team making sure that the execution of all projects is carried out on schedule. 8) Implement strategies for contingency planning and risk mitigation. 9) Develops RFP/RFQ (Requests for Proposals / Quote) for customers. 10) Act as liaison between customer and company on all aspects of programs. 11) Arrange for new business programs. 12) Proven experience in product transfers and NPI deployment 13) Technical expertise in cables harness and cable assembly is a plus 14) Familiar with process phases gating and safe launch qualification

Experiência y requisitos
- Engineering degree with 5 years of experience leading projects or similar roles.
- Customer programs implementation and product line profitability. - Experience with program milestones: Forecast management, manufacturing and supply chain readiness, product line P&L management and profitability..
