As a Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist users with their inquiries, troubleshoot any issues they encounter, and ensure a seamless experience within our loyalty and rewards platform.**Responsibilities**:- Address customer concerns, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.-- Guide users through the process of using our platform, explaining features, rewards, and loyalty programs effectively.-- Collaborate with other teams, such as technical support and account management, to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.-- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and contribute ideas to improve our platform's usability and functionality.-- Stay up-to-date with our platform's latest features, rewards, and offerings to effectively assist customers.-- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure a positive user experience.-- Assist in training new users and clients on how to navigate the platform and make the most of their rewards programs.**Requirements**:- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred, but not mandatory.-- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and empathetic approach to customer interactions.-- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and find appropriate solutions to various issues.-- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and understand the functionality of our loyalty and rewards platform.-- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, providing timely responses to customer inquiries.-- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.-- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays to cover peak customer service hours.-- Experience with database (SQL) and Discord-- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
