This position is responsible for the oversight of all phases of the assigned projects. This role reports directly to the Engineering Director.This is a remote position.**Responsibilities**:Manage the Network Rollout Projects from Planning,Execution and Closing point of view- Lead a team of Professionals with different abilities such as Engineers, Project Financial, External Vendors (Field crews), etc.- Manage Customer relationship and contractual fulfillment- Forecast, budget, and conduct financial analysis to optimize expenses across assigned programs- Make a constant effort, with clear targets to improve profitability of the assigned programs- Oversee project design, staffing, costing, and manage any potential project risks Understand the scope of the required project documentation, educate others, and take action if requirements are not being met- Communicate overall performance, safety, quality, and production levels with the appropriate personnelQualifications and Skills:- Advanced English (Conversation level)- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- PMP Certification- 5 years of solid experience delivering projects- Willing to travel US and Canada- Prior experience successfully leading large network roll out programs and sophisticated civils builds- A personality which exhibits high index on Integrity, Energy, Passion, Positive demeanor, and driven approach- Ability to handle tough pressure situations- Ability to think creatively and continuously demonstrate the innovative thinking and its implementation- Ability to troubleshoot problems, establish facts and resolve successfully- The motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools- The people skills required to work with engineers, customers, vendors, and sales team- An innovative and creative spirit, and be willing to try new things**Salary**: $26,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month**Language**:- INGLES (required)
