.**We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Web Design Project Manager who is looking to become an integral part of Zoek's team.****We are partnered with Wix, a leading company in the world of website design, and are working with their users to enhance their websites and SEO. Beyond designing websites, completing SEO, and ongoing assistance, we take pride in the Customer Service that we provide to our clients and put a heavy emphasis on working with our clients to identify, evaluate, and resolve any issues they may have.****If your passion is leading teams in providing excellent customer service with "can-do" attitudes, working quickly and professionally to find solutions for just about any concern that a client may have, then we want to meet you!****Responsibilities**:- Manage assigned client's accounts throughout the duration of their project. Aprox. 100 accounts- Manage your team of designers and report to management about their performance.- Perform initial consultations via phone or screen share (whichever the client prefers) to better understand the client's needs for their website project, offer suggestions, and document the client's requests.- Properly communicate client requests with a website designer to ensure client's requests are understood and met.- Act as Quality Control for every step of the web design process.- Maintain established goals and deadlines.- Problem solve to find different solutions for client requests that may not be immediately available on Wix. Utilize all possible resources, provide alternative solutions when needed, and provide a thorough explanation to your client if their request cannot be met for any reason.- Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients- Ability to perform and lead screen share/zoom style meetings with clients- Following up customer requirements with the web design team to ensure needs are being met.- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.- Maintaining a database of contact information.- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.- Handling complaints and negotiations.**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree or higher- Experience in B2B, Marketing or SaaS Sales or project management- Familiar with Wix platform is a plus (wordpress or similar)- Familiar with Wix eCommerce- Bilingual Spanish and English- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.- Strong time management skills.- Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.Pay: $17,000.00 - $21,000
