We are looking for people like you that would enjoy working with flexibility from home, joining dynamic and challenging digital projects, and embracing our open and diverse culture.*About the role*As the PMO manager, you will be responsible for managing the team that guides the delivery and implementation of our digital transformation projects.You will be responsible for developing and establishing best practice processes for the day-to-day operations. With a strong focus on mentoring, coaching, and training, as well as metrics, SLAs, and KPIs, the PMO Manager is responsible for supporting the project management team with process guidance and assistance.**Responsibilities and duties**- Lead team of Project Managers and Project Analysts to deliver the projects.- Understand the organization's KPIs and define SLAs to reach goals- Implement mechanisms for tracking, measuring, improving, and reporting SLAs.- Focus on continuous improvement of service delivery- Demonstrate flexibility in thinking and adapt to and manage organizational change by adjusting strategies, goals, and priorities- Partner with cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure business goals are clearly defined and are met- Provide strategic oversight for project management and monitor interdependences across the portfolio.- Define, reinforce, and improve Project Management best practices, standards, tools, and procedures to be followed.- Provide guidance on tailoring methodologies if needed.- Achieve executive visibility and governance over project delivery issues through standardization of methodology and portfolio health metric reporting.- Overall progress and health of projects- Status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio (clear visibility of expected progress vs actual)- Financial information about the budget, costs, margins- Project risks and plans on mitigating these risks- Operational efficiency and project performance- Maximize Strategic & Billable Resource Utilization- Talent management- Identify skills/technology gaps within the team and implement a plan to address them,- Supervise training, career paths, career development, capability/skills development, and certifications**Required skills**- Work experience managing the complete lifecycle of IT projects in a consultant setting
