**The Position**
- As a Project Office Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Lead, coordinate, and oversee affiliate projects to ensure timely, budget-compliant completion, and adherence to quality, compliance, and environmental standards.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders to drive project success.
- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and budgets for manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices within the organisation.
- Implement process improvements and changes in product design and manufacturing methods to meet cost, delivery, and quality targets.
**Qualifications**
- To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project management.
- Upper Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong understanding of business and financial principles and project management practices.
- Experience in creating or improving project management processes from scratch.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
