**_What You Will Do:_**
- Develop, lead and manage the project lifecycle, to include building and delivering master versions of Proposals, SOWs, PIWs, MSAs, POs, and any other project documentation needed to keep projects running efficiently and effectively
- Shepherd all deals and be accountable for every stage and milestone of effective project delivery, from pre-sales requirements gathering all the way through project closeout
- Run and interpret weekly reports detailing the status of each project, including actual billings and expenses vs planned budget
- Conduct analytical review of project reports; evaluating projects' status and supplying partners with forecast and correction measures if needed
- Manage the receivables process through creation and submission of invoices
- Compile expense reports for the project team, when necessary, to submit with expense invoices
- Manage the collections process and unbilled receivables management
- Manage timesheet and expense approval processes
- Monitor and report on budget deviations for projects
- Manage periodic reporting requirements for the assigned practice(s)
- Work with the finance team and other project stakeholders for project updates and process improvements
- Manage, monitor and update new business opportunities in the CRM
- Contribute to the development of project deliverables, when necessary

Secondary duties may include_**:

- Coordinating calendars, appointments, and travel
- Forecasting executives' bookings on engagements
- Various internal projects and initiatives relating to practice, executive, or operations team

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities: _**
- 2-3 years of general business experience
- Consulting project management and bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- Fluent in Business English (speaking and writing) required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently without day-to-day oversight
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage in a virtual organization
- Superior analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, adhere to deadlines and can juggle multiple requests from various executives
