Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Working as a Project Operations Manager, you will oversee the execution of P&P, Minery, Cement, Metal and F&B projects within the Process Automation Process Industries, leading the project team, establishing the approach and overseeing hand-over, planning, and monitoring and control activities. In this role, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project, as well as guiding, coaching, and developing the skills and knowledge of the project team.**This position reports to**:Business Controller**Your responsibilities**:- Defining project plan documents in relation to scope, budget, schedule and risk management.- Monitoring project implementation to ensure best practices in terms of costs, resource efficiency, risk management and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating with them and acting as the key contact for the customer.- Managing the project according to agreed requirements, ensuring that all targets are met, and that relevant guidelines are followed.- Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, costs, expenses and cash flow.- Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and acknowledgement by the customer.**Your background**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Master's degree is plus.- 5+ years of experience on project management.- Electrical and automation technical knowledge.- Experience working with different functional areas and functional reporting to other countries (US / Canada).- Experience leading project management teams is a plus.- Knowledge of MS Project and SAP. IPM is a plus.- Travel availability.- Fluen english.**More about us**:
