**ALTEN Mexico is looking for EMAT Project Performance Lead JR**
**General Activities**:
The EMAT PPL (Project Performance Lead) Support will perform integration activities of key program attributes for specific vehicles with responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Support activities of the program lead PPL
- Act as point contact for engineers and teams outside of EMAT
- Support creation of and updates to the EMAT Scorecard
- Provide technical status for all vehicle level performance, fuel economy, driveability, weight management, thermal management, and aerodynamic targets
- Create work requests for the science teams within EMAT
- Review data from each of the EMAT Science Teams
- Work with extended teams to develop tradeoff opportunities between Vehicle Dynamics Engineering (VDE), Powertrain Systems Engineering (PSE), and driveability
- Work with extended teams to develop risk mitigation plans
- Validate customer functional objectives related to EMAT
- Work with EMAT Science Teams to benchmark and future competitive vehicles
**Requirements**:
**Education/Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
**0-2 years experience in product/propulsion system development**
**Soft skills**:
- '-Strong verbal and written communication skills (technical and non-technical)
- Able to manage multiple simultaneously responsibilities and projects, while being mind of deadlines
- Must be task oriented, detail oriented and Make Sound Decisions
- Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, problem solving, organizational skills, excellent relationship building skills with the ability to work in a cross functional team environment at all levels.
**Technical Skills**:
- 0-2 years experience in product/propulsion system development
- Experience/understand how to derive ABC coast down coefficients
- Understanding of Vehicle Dynamics Engineering (VDE) sensitivities and tradeoff's
- Fuel economy and/or VDE simulation tool experience
- Experience with Powertrain and Electrified Powertrain Systems
- Experience in fuel economy testing and data analysis
- Vehicle testing knowledge - chassis dyno, engine dyno, and an understanding of vehicle coast down
- Experience with futuring and competitive benchmarking
