General Information:Hitachi Energy is seeking a Project Planning/Scheduling Specialist Professional for its San Luis Potosi, MX location.Your Responsibilities:Instructions and guidelines: Ensures projects follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with internal standard procedures. Provides an integrated schedule for the project's entire scope of work.Planning and scheduling: Analyzes project requirements with the project team, ensuring all essential work activities are identified in detail to develop realistic project schedules. Defines project work aligned to the cost breakdown structure, develops and maintains properly linked schedules that provide time-phased baseline, actual, and forecast data for the project. Monitors project progress, analyzes critical paths, notifies Project Managers of deviations, and prepares EOT Schedules and Schedule Analysis when required.Cost, revenue, and cash flow management: Supports the establishment of a baseline plan for cost and cash flow performance measurement, working with the project team to define necessary resources for project completion.Change management: Works closely with engineering, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, clients, and contractors to identify potential changes in scope and quantify their impact in a timely manner.Risk management: Identifies and assesses project risks with the team and proposes mitigation plans, analyzing the impact of risks on the overall timeline and resources.Procurement: Integrates material resource requirements with project schedules, defines procurement activities, and communicates with the SCM team to ensure timely procurement activities.Project reviews: Participates in project reviews, composes reports, and updates project data in Project Controls and reporting systems for Management Information and Project Analysis.Stakeholder relations: Effectively communicates appropriate information to the Project Manager and stakeholders in a timely manner to achieve desired understanding.Project Portfolio: Ensures project planning activities align with Hitachi Energy instructions and guidelines and implement contractual agreements with customers.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your Background:8-15 years of experience in Projects/Planning with a minimum of 3 recent years using Primavera P6.Candidate must have work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in Mexico.#J-18808-Ljbffr
