Provides an integrated schedule for the project's entire scope of work.Analyzes project requirements with the project team, ensuring all essential work activities are identified in sufficient detail for developing realistic project schedules. Defines project work aligned to the cost breakdown structure and develops properly linked, role-loaded, integrated schedules that provide time-phased baseline, actual, and forecast data for the project. Monitors project progress, analyzes project critical paths, notifies Project Managers of deviations or scheduling issues, and prepares EOT Schedules and Schedule Analysis as needed.Supports the establishment of a baseline plan for cost and cash flow performance measurement, working with the project team to define necessary resources for project completion.Works closely with engineering, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, client, and contractors to identify potential changes in scope and quantifies the impact of each change.Identifies and assesses project risks with the project team, proposing mitigation plans and analyzing the impact of risk on the overall timeline and resources.Integrates material resource requirements with the project schedule, defining procurement activities and order lead times while communicating regularly with the SCM team.Participates in project reviews, composes reports, and updates all required project data in Project Controls and reporting systems.Effectively communicates appropriate information to the Project Manager and other stakeholders in a timely manner.Ensures project planning activities for the project portfolios are in line with Hitachi Energy instructions and guidelines.Lives Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions while caring for colleagues and the business.Your Background:8-15 years of experience in Projects/Planning with a minimum of 3 recent years using Primavera P6.Candidate must have work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in Mexico.#J-18808-Ljbffr
