Business case development, Scope and Schedule definition & tracking, Risks & Issues Management. Change requests, Executive reviews and reporting, Budget approval & tracking- Manage BES resource capacity needs and changes in overall portfolio within the programs and projects- Maintain portfolio resource reporting and metrics to create predictable project delivery and mitigate risk or gaps in delivery schedule- Collaborate with the PMO team to identify and follow project management best practices, standards and methodologies- Manage and maintain the project information in the PPM portal, ensuring content is consistently up-to-date and fit-for-use- Train project managers and project team members on project PMO standard methodologies- Participate in special projects as required by BES departmental need**Responsibilities**:- Ensure the PMO standard processes and tools are followed in all projects within the BES portfolio- Establish a collaboration network with BES project managers to provide valuable supportWith Cemex you will have:- 100% IMSS contribution- Professional development and learning opportunities- Excellent working environment.
