In this role, you will perform various functions including monitoring, optimizing, handling the performance of metrics within your assigned area and using data backed hypothesis to propose, prioritize and advance performance initiatives and projects. You will play a significant role in achieving process excellency of the end to end business process by developing a strong process culture, optimized solutions and sustained execution. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESLead performance analysis for the assigned area in partnership with process and operations leadership to identify the top opportunities for improvement and track progress and impact on future results. Lead metric production and optimization for assigned area. Create easy to use reports and visualization dashboards using advanced techniques and adhering to design standards for defined audiences and usage. Partner with leadership and the team to lead the implementation of the core set of performance metrics needed to measure performance. Oversee and mature performance management frameworks, processes and templates. Independently handle complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in project management, project delivery process and portfolio management. Advanced knowledge of data and relational databases. Advanced statistical knowledge and technical experience.
