A technical PM to manage and oversee the memory requirements and demand across Intel validation teams and entities that requires memory to qualify the Intel products and ensure compatibility.
**The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to**:
- Acquires and maintains industry, market and technical knowledge of memory availability, health, procurement, and deployment strategy.
- Leads memory supplier management across Intel server programs for early enabling and sampling, selection, and performance management.
- Drives cost saving opportunities in partnership with Intel product groups, suppliers and stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- May develop new supply chain models, in partnership with our central supply chain team, for new or existing products or services.
- Plans/manages both programs and projects that are directly tied to the development, implementation or upgrade of technology or products for external customers.
- Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program.
- Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service.
- Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule.
- Assess risk and identify issues.
- Monitor progress against schedule.
- Coordinate resources with other functions.
- Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
- Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive, analytical work.
- Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
**Qualifications**:** Minimum Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in EE, CE, or CS and 5+ years of technical and program management experience or master's degree in EE, CE, or CS and 3+ years of technical and program management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in leading and running cross-site and cross-group forums.
- Intermediate to advanced English Level.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Mexico.
