This ensures a pleasantly relaxed driving experience without rough strokes - no matter whether occupants drive for themselves or are being driven autonomously.**We are to hire a Quality Project Engineer at our Location in El Salto****Responsibilities**:- Responsible for meeting quality performance deliverables and attaining customer and quality related targets for new projects.- Statistical analysis, presentations, and data analysis are all essential for collecting monitoring, evaluating and communicating data for new products in new product introduction process.- Perform capability studies for new products and processes.- Identify customer requirements for new and modified products.- Guide problem solving process for all significant internal issues.- Assess risk of customer issues at key junctures in product development.- Report and Assess Reliability testing results for new products. Complete Quality Plan for all new products.- Communicate development status of new products on quality milestones to guidance.- Lead APQP efforts for product transfers with cross functional teams utilizing quality tools for this type of Advanced Product Quality Planning effort- Lead and contribute to the following quality systems and/or activities: Manufacturing Sample Lot Quantities, PPAP's, Control Plans, P-FMEA, capability studies, SPC, Gage R&R, problem solving and preventive quality actions at the receiving manufacturing facilities- Utilize tools such as root cause analysis through 8D problem solving, design of experiment and poka-yoke in support of the receiving facility to ensure quality level remains unchanged or improved- Participate in validation test plans for quantity, test length and test type for each product family with product engineering- Track and report product quality performance showing impact by product family or SKU- Communicate and implement quality initiatives at manufacturing facilities**Requirements**:- Previously held role as a Quality Engineer or Project Quality Engineer.- Must have customer experice launching products with Ford, GM, Nissan, Toyota, Tesla, Stallantis within others.- Working knowledge of Product Delivery Process and tools.- Problem Solving (8´D methodology).- ISO TS 16949- APQP Methodology- PPAP Methodology- GD&T reading.- Core tools- Fixtures / Gauges design and manufacture.- Moderate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; willing to learn company & customer systems.- Strong verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency- Five (5) years of work experience in the automotive or similar industry.- Three (3) years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: Quality, Program Management, Engineering, Operations.- Previous experience in assembly operations and/or painting, is desirable- Project leadership experience in a matrix organization is a plus.**What We Offer**:- Benefits above the law- Global growth opportunities- Competitive WagesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $33,000.00 - $42,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- experiência con productos como Ford, GM, Nissan, Toyota, Tesla, Stallantis, etc.Experiência:- puestos similares o como Ing. de Calidad: 3 años (Deseable)- lanzamiento de proyectos: 3 años (Deseable)- Metodologias APQP, PPAP, etc.: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Puede trasladarse:- 45680, El Salto, Jal.
