Your Role & Responsibilities: Primary quality contact for the customer on all assigned programsCoordinate with key stakeholders to communicate customer requirements to the plant team.Manage APQP activities for assigned programs such as PPAP and FMEAWork with SQE to ensure component PPAPs are completed on time.Participation in program meetings, lead and coordinate APQP/PPAP deliverables within product launch teamWork environment which is characterized by an agreeable teamwork atmosphere, clear structures, direct approaches, and open dialog.Lead APQP Compliance Audits and ensure on time completion of APQP elements.Manage team to successfully close open issues relative to acceptable completion of APQP elements.Your Skills & Strengths: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.Six-Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification preferred.Experience in automotive industry (Supplier experience with customers to include but not limited to, GM, Ford, Chrysler, Audi, Navistar, Mercedes and Honda).Strong working knowledge of APQP/PPAP, Process, Control Plan, SPC, GD&T, Corrective Action.Experience in root cause analysis and problem solving methods.Solid organizational and project management skills, and demonstrated effectiveness to lead and collaborate with cross-functional/global teams.Strong drive to complete assignments within program timing in order to ensure a flawless serial production launch.Facts about the jobEntry level: Experienced hires
