The IT S&P organization imagines the future technology vision, strategy, and priorities to empower PepsiCo's ambitions and optimize value. The IT Strategy and Portfolio Project Quality Assurance team is responsible for safeguarding the value proposition of IT's strategic portfolio by providing an appropriate level of project governance to enable business value creation.
