**Responsibilities**:
The Opportunity
The IT Strategy and Portfolio Project Quality Assurance Specialist is a key contributor in the IT Strategy and Portfolio Management (S&P) organization. The IT S&P organization imagines the future technology vision, strategy, and priorities to empower PepsiCo's ambitions and optimize value. The IT Strategy and Portfolio Project Quality Assurance team is responsible for safeguarding the value proposition of IT's strategic portfolio by providing an appropriate level of project governance to enable business value creation. Additionally, the IT Strategy and Portfolio Project Quality Assurance team is responsible for defining the project lifecycle methodology, driving awareness and training of the methodology.
Your Impact
As The Project Quality Lead your scope will consist of:
- Contributes to defining the project lifecycle methodology for PepsiCo
- Contributes to ensuring that the project lifecycle methodology is designed to safeguard the expected value of the portfolio without burden
- Contributes to driving awareness and training of the PepsiCo Project Lifecycle Methodology (PLM) and partnering and coaching project teams to ensure quality of execution
- Contributes to driving compliance with project governance operational and financial controls
- Contributes to providing guidance and coaching to project teams throughout a project's lifecycle
- Consults and partners closely with the PPM Product team to develop PPM product requirements that enable project teams with tools that effectively support governance and compliance requirements
- Contributes to developing effective processes and reporting that drive and support compliance to PepsiCo's PLM ensuring quality of execution and maximizing of business value creation
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree required
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Prince2 Certification - Nice to have
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise (SAFe) Agilist Certification - Nice to have
- Experience in developing and documenting process and training materials
- Fluent speaking and writing in English required
**Experience**:
- 5 years of related IT portfolio management experience
- Strong relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders and customers
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple stakeholder priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to lead a constructive retrospective session with respect to processes, tools, practices and outcomes
- Experience with Broadcom Clarity
- Experience with Objectives and Key Results (OKR) approach
- Experience in Controls and/or Audit
