- **Coordinate activities in P1/P0 projects to achieve Customer Satisfaction for Quality.**
- **Monitor and control that the P1/P0 project teams are working in full compliance with the CLEAN Project Management policy (CPM), Valeo Quality standards, Product Group standards and customer quality requirements.**
- **Continuously improve project quality standards, processes and competences.**
- **Set targets in line with Product Group objectives.**
- **Deploy the Quality Culture and the Quality Improvement Plan and Tools to achieve the quality objectives and physical indicators in his/her perimeter.**
- **Develop and manage the P1/P0 Project Quality network in his/her perimeter. Ensure the right level of competences of Project Quality Team members with regard to project, product & process complexity.**
- **Represent the Customer within Valeo on Project Quality matters (Communication / Escalation).**
- **Validate the conformity of products & processes during P1/P0 development.**
- **Accountable for Project Quality deliverables according to the Quality Roadmap (QRM), on-time vs project schedule and with the right level of maturity.**
- **Accountable for Initial Sample validation before Customer submission.**
- **Escalate and ensure that the management of the project related crisis / Red Alert is completed until LLC implementation is secured.**
- **Coach Project Team Members in Customer and Valeo Quality standards applicable in his/her perimeter.**
- **Drive and monitor the deployment and improvement of project quality standards and processes. Check and reinforce the efficient and effective implementation on Gemba (Development Centers, Technical Centers, Launch Entities).**
- **Contribute to the evolution of the Group projects quality & engineering quality methodology and processes.**
