Project Registration Specialist

**JOB DUTIES**:- Help drive branch engagement with project registration group.- Register large projects with our vendors for special pricing.- Assist sales teams with creating and re-pricing quotes.- Develop and maintain clear processes and points of contact for project registrations.Work closely with ADI sales teams to ensure accurate and timely turnaround for all requests.**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Prior experience with advanced usage of the **English **language inclusive of written and verbal communication.- 4 years of experience on roles supporting customers / sales teams.- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.- Proven ability to manipulate and update Microsoft Excel documentsAdvanced knowledge of SalesForce**WE VALUE**:- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.- Broad knowledge of principles and best practices in customer service.- Excellent team and communication skills.- An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.- An ability to influence at the operational level.Experience with Salesforce and Excel.LI-AA1LI-Hybrid
