Responsible for SAP initiatives and improvement projects introduction, ensuring alignment with Bosch initiatives and new technology to improve material and information flow at Celaya Plant. Lead and support warehouse and planning procedures and strategies, deploy and promote BPS (Bosch Production System) Initiatives and overall standards within the logistics organization, support all Celaya Plant warehouse initiatives, and address EDI (connection supplier-customer) problems.
Minimum Qualifications: International Commerce Bachelor Degree, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or International Business.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for solving and preventing SAP issues.Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure seamless logistics innovation initiatives of new projects in Celaya Plant.Coordinate and follow up EDI (connection supplier-customer) implementation for suppliers & customers.SAP codification for suppliers without EDI (connection supplier-customer) contract (SupplyOn app).Solve all issues related to EDI suppliers and customers.Establish a supportive relationship with logistics & BPS for new project introductions.Follow up on timelines for project execution.Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the projects.Implement lessons learned quickly and effectively to improve implementation processes.Support logistics team in SAP improvement projects (e.g., Query development).Reduce planning workload via queries or improvement activities.Solve customer label issues.Other Skills and Knowledge: Applies Project Management standards.Applies problem-solving tools.Reports project status to different management levels.Coordinates projects with cross-functional groups.Participates in and supports quality and environmental policies and plant goals.Moderates Improvement activities/workshops.Initiative, curiosity, and willingness to drive change.Target and result-oriented (quick and effective, entrepreneurial mindset).Strategic-analytic skills (e.g., Excel, databases).Proficient in MS Office.Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
