_**Responsabilities**_
- 1) Project Specialist
- Cooperate with the sales team, customer, RD, QC, Costing, supplier, WH, customs and business for project management._
- 2) RFPs / RFQs - Confirmation of drawing specifications with RD and Client before the quote - Review of prices with costing and supplier_
- 3) Award - Account set-up / Audit / Schedule control / Sampling / Pilot run / NPI info confirmation - Account settings: Closing agreement / client / supplier files / billing and shipping information. Audit: Preparation of documents and processes according to the client and the requirement of each department - Project schedule control: Monitoring the process to start the project on time - Sampling: Confirmation of the draw with the client, RD and supplier when granted / FAI approval - NPI : LT / SPQ / CBOM / Cost / Price / Weight / Confirmation of billing, shipping and customs information_
- 4) MP : Cooperate with CS for production schedule/PO/inventory/delivery/supplier management - Production schedule: Tracking the master plan to match the delivery time
- PO : Review the content of PO/SO (including billing and shipping information, cost, price, payment terms, margin...etc, all are correct as agreed during development stage) Inventory: Ensure inventory quantity matches SO or FCST demand with no unreasonableidle stocks - Delivery: Make sure the delivery documents, packing method and quantity align with _customer demand - Supplier: Communication with the supplier regarding the purchase order, delivery and any other issues.
5) Quality complaint - Check quality problems in detail, notify QA team and suppliers for action plans - Defective quantities register and communicate for the credit note or replacement.
6) Collection of payments - Make sure the clients payment is arranged and made on the due date according to the payment term - Overdue payments were verified with an acceptable reason and provided the expected issue date - Notify AM/BD/Management Team to take legal action if necessary.
