**The role**:
He or she will be responsible for supporting the planning, organization and direction of operations related to the data strategy organization, aid, and support team members in the adoption on an agile mentality and adoption agile frameworks, oversee projects and programs to make sure they are running as planned.
**What we are looking for**:
- Industrial Engineering, computer science, systems or field related to quantitative areas.
- 1 to 3 years of practical experience (proven).
- Project management knowledge in waterfall and agile frameworks.
- Willingness and openness to work in an agile environment and promote the agile mentality with peers and team members.
- Familiarity with JIRA software and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office 365.
- Proficient in English.
- Basic knowledge of the data development process.
- Willingness to understand operations and adopt documentation standards.

- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
**What you will do**:
- Assist and expedite the construction and documentation of data use cases.
- Assist in the identification of critical features for data products.
- Assist in the documentation of data sources and the processes used for maintenance.
- Collaborate in the definition and documentation of MPVs (Minimum Viable Products).
- Perform and lead daily scrum sessions within the data strategy organizations.
- Create schedules and collect documents to orient and guide projects and outcomes.
- Create metrics and reports and make sure they are converted into actionable tasks.
- Manage expectations and track risks and benefits.
- Communicate with stakeholders about scheduling, staffing and technical requirements.
