**About the role**:As a Supply Growth Project Specialist you will improve strategic partnerships and initiatives for all our customers through support channels by identifying up and cross selling opportunities improving partnerships and business metrics. You will take a data driven approach to craft and implement initiatives, inform decisions and process improvements critical to the success of our organization and our core metrics within any given line of business. You will work closely with external customers to operationalize business deals and bring them close to our customers.**What You'll Do**:- Accurate Account Management of Vehicles and Insurance deals to keep a successful partnership relationship- Proactively participate and contribute into cross/up-sales initiatives to boost incremental incomes, enable supply and improve customer experience- Drive analysis on projects/experiments and use that to inform important strategic decisions improving the experience for customers- Design, complete, supervise and adjust cross selling initiatives- Maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to supervise performance metrics- Work cross functionally with multiple teams to drive initiatives forward- Participate in supply initiatives to enable vehicle access.***:**What You'll Need**:- 2 years minimum working in business operations- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting data visually to internal and external customers- Experience using data to drive business decisions- Project and organization skills- Excel / data management skills- Proficient in English**Bonus points if**:- Experience working in tech companies- Experience with Customer Experience and BPO relationships- Proficient in Portuguese
