Coordinate the daily activities of the project team to ensure objectives are met.Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Conduct inspection visits and verify compliance with established procedures.Maintain constant communication with all stakeholders, including internal clients, suppliers, contractors, and team members, to ensure alignment of expectations and effective collaboration.Use computer-aided design tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks to plan projects, review interferences, and clearly define project scope and specifications.Develop RFQs (Request for Quotation) to define project scope, establish evaluation metrics, key performance indicators, and efficiently manage the necessary approvals with plant management.Deliver the project on time and in accordance with established standards to the maintenance department, including "AS-BUILT" diagrams, technical manuals, and the necessary training to ensure a smooth and effective transition.Efficiently assign spaces and offices within the campus, coordinating internal moves to minimize disruptions and ensure an organized, seamless transition.Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.+5 years of experience in similar positions.Knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, and experience in maintenance supervision and projects.Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.English Advanced Level.Work model: on siteAbout Us:Daikin Applied is a member of the global air conditioning company, Daikin Industries
