Infosys is seeking a Java Production Support Analyst.
In this role, you will be responsible for interfacing with key stakeholders and applying technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation.
You will also be responsible for delivering high-quality code, supporting testing, and other activities related to project implementation, transition, and warranty.

Technical Expertise:Experience working in Application support, maintenance, and analysis in Core Java, J2EE, and any RDBMS (Oracle/Sybase/DB2/SQL Server/Postgresql).Application support/Production support/L3 support, maintenance, and analysis skills are mandatory.
A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required.At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology.Preferred Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience in Core Java, J2EE.At least 3 years of experience in RDBMS (Oracle/Sybase/DB2/SQL Server/Postgresql).At least 3 years of experience in application support, production support/L3 support, maintenance, and analysis.At least 3 years of experience in the software development life cycle and should have the ability to read and understand application logs.At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects, with experience in the Financial Services domain.Good exposure to Unix commands and Shell scripting skills.Good experience with version control systems such as GIT, CI/CD Pipeline, Splunk, etc.SQL production support, with good knowledge of scripting, joins, queries, index, etc.Unix basic commands knowledge on production support.Required:Good communication skills (English).Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Implement bug and coding fixes.Work actively with team members to enhance, analyze, and resolve application issues.Identify defects/discrepancies to determine the root cause by debugging or analyzing logs.Improve application stability by observing patterns, recurring alerts, or issues for permanent fix or automation.Identify alerts/processes that can be automated and work with the engineering team to automate them.Challenge existing application setup and processing, suggesting different ways to solve problems or improve stability.Personal Attributes:High analytical skills.A high degree of initiative and flexibility.High customer orientation.High-quality awareness.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.This position requires a hybrid work mode, necessitating your presence in the office for at least 60% of the workdays every week.
