Our employees play a key role and can contribute to more sustainable fashion, today and in the future.Descripción del empleoWe are looking for a Project Workforce User in order to contribute to our business around constant improvements, and efficiency in our management platforms, always with the aim of bringing the best experience to our colleagues and customers at all times, objective which, all H&M shares.As a Project Workforce User at H&M you will be responsible for then maintenance of best practices in the use of the company's resource planning tools in WORKFORCE & SYNAPPS systems.You must acquire, clean, and analyze data from company resources (focus on hours) and provide a source with data already analyzed for key parties and all stakeholders (controlling, Human Resources, payroll department, etc.) in order to promote the corresponding action plans for each area involved.**Job Responsibility Including but not limited to**:- Ability to acquire data from different sources and maintain data systems.- Filter and clean data based on the reality of the store (KPI's around efficiency of hours, delays, illness, among others.)- Support stores regarding workforce issues**Requisitos**:- Familiarized with Workforce system- Basic knowledge of Excel- We are looking for a person with excellent communications skills, multitasking and problem solving- ** Fluent English**Información adicionalWe believe in a culture where we succeed as one team.
