**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Perform line balancing and line balancing releases.- Develop PFMEA- Design and maintain production Lay-out- Determine production manpower- Define process sequence and routing- BOM and 2D drawing releases.- Design of customized workstations- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.- Performs activities related to safety.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:- Engineering degree (Industrial)- Experience 5 years or more.- Bilingual (90% English & Spanish) both oral and written- Six Sigma methodologies- AutoCAD (Catia plus)
