He/she will develop a customer interface roadmap with a short, medium, and long-term perspective but also with the intensity of turning leads into actual orders. This is a unique role to contribute to the Valves division growth strategy.As Regional Projects Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:Positioning Baker Hughes' Valve business as a critical partner for large projects in our core markets.Developing a solid sales pipeline of projects within the region.Leading, negotiating & closing critical opportunities.Lead the engagement with key customers in the OEM, EPC and End User space.Interphase with other Baker Hughes teams to develop a comprehensive approach with major customers.Providing market, customer and competitive intelligence.Cooperating with commercial and technical departments to support customer requests and realizing sales.Supporting the development of the region strategic and operating plans.Fuel your passion:To be successful in this role you will:Have a bachelor degree.Have min 10 years experience in Commercial or direct Sales in the Oil and gas or power industry.Have significant experience in the Valves, automation or instrumentation markets; experience with EPC, OEM or integrators is desirable.Be a self-starter with strong commercial, communication and interpersonal skills.Have demonstrated ability to analyze a market and design effective commercial strategies to address it.Have a results-oriented mindset, with experience of successfully originating sales, working to targets and growing business.Demonstrate experience in cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment.Have demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.Availability to travel for business up to 50% of the time.Have fluent English and Spanish
