This team owns the ordering, tracking, and related activities for existing and new products that are sold in all business channels in the US. This specific role will own the promotional planning activities to drive overall supply chain performance and efficiency in both the area of innovation and everyday.
This position will also be responsible for several key service metrics. Key systems the employees will work in are SAP R7 ECC, SAP Hana and the Frito-Lay POET system.
Your Impact: As Promotional Planning Analyst your functions would consist of:
Ensures day to day POET event management for the business including but not limited ordering, inventory tracking, new item setup management, reconciliation and executive reporting.Execute proactive tasks to ensure flawless event execution.Partner to develop and track action plans on event misses and lessons learned.Effective summarization and communication of execution. Participate in daily weekly VIP calls with DC (Distribution Centers) and Plants.Partner with ISCP team on ordering and product demands.Identify Service Trends and Action plan to close gaps.Provide training to others as needed to build bench strength.Execute adhoc assignments as needed.Responsible for Key Service Metrics (DCs/Plants/S2U facilities):Fill Rate (Produced, Non-Produced, IMOPs, Bins, FSV).Innovation Stales Performance, POET Item Stales.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For? Experience with analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SAP, Excel).Advanced English (C1 or C2).2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Retail, Merchandising, or related field.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
