**Job Description**:
**Promotions & Partnerships Manager**
Promotions and Partnerships contribute to create an event around the titles, helping build the excitement and awareness, leading up to the release of the film to increase box office.
With the partner's media value and their consumer's touch points, we add incremental
support behind the release of our films and broaden the movie's message into channels that the studio can't get in contact organically or won't be buying.
**Position Purpose**:
The Marketing team is looking for a talented, self-directed, sales-minded, and high-energy Promotions Manager.
An experienced, negotiator, ambitious and creative marketer who can think big and make it happen.
The Promotion Manager oversees the implementation of strategic synergies and alliances between different brands (products and services), exhibitors, book publishers and our titles; creating meaningful partnerships to complement and amplify our media campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Find and captivate, through great storytelling pitch processes, potential partners that creatively make sense, to generate promotions that will capitalize the box office.
- Work collaboratively and independently, building trust between internal teams, Home Office, and partners.
The focus will be on creating, proposing, locking, supervising, and executing successful partnerships in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle several projects and clients at the same time while being on the lookout of future releases.
- Negotiate complex agreements not only with clients but also with internal, cross company, and Home Office teams.
- The Promotions Manager is responsible for guiding and assisting customers in creating innovative partnerships with a perfect creative tie-in with the film, always adhering to the film strategy guidelines, these programs should work as a bridge to reach and engage potential moviegoers.
- Work closely with partners to understand their objectives, needs and consumers, to encourage them to not only create a classic branded product, but a full-on experience.
- To fully understand what drives a great customer experience to do the accurate approach to potential brands.
- Follow-up, organize and structure all projects with analytical and critical thinking.
- The Promotions Manager is responsible for ensuring that all the approved proposals and deals are implemented in a timely manner.
Monitors the campaign and ensures that agreements are fulfilled.
- Maintain an effective communication with senior management, internal peers, and partners.
- Provide in a timely manner, all film materials to partners that will allow them to create successful campaigns.
- Upon closing a deal, timely approval of all campaign materials in conjunction with HO and the partner.
- Collaboratively work with other business units like Networks, Consumer Products, Home Entertainment, and others in developing strategies to maximize the launch of our films.
- Develop alliances and promotions between the Studio and the cinema exhibitors.
