Property Administrator - Customer Service

We are looking to train a property administrator/customer service for our property management office in Mexico.
Job description
- Process requests for condominium documents, Disclosure Certificates and Status Certificates
- Answer all calls related to selling condominium units
- Process invoices for all requests and ensure payments are received
- Keep condominium files up to date, ensure all hard copies are scanned and saved
- Prepare welcome letters and welcome packages for new owners
- Update owner information
- Property Manager relief and Receptionist relief
- Create Original Unit Specification documents for condominium buildings
- Create work orders and provide purchase orders to superintendents or tradespeople
- Participate in on-call rotation and fill out incident reports
- Update social media and corporate websites with current listings
- Schedule meetings and take meeting minutes
- Draft letters
- Assist with budgets

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years property administrative experience
- Experience in Residential or Condominium Property Management
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Professional work ethic
- Driver's license and a reliable vehicle would be a strong asset
- Ability to deal with challenging tenants and residents
- Must have competence in property administration
- Must Speak English Level - PRO

**Salary**: $7,357.19 - $10,587.25 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guadalajara, Jal.
: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location


Salario Nominal: A convenir
