The Opportunity We are in need of a self-starting, reliable, and eager customer service professional who will contribute to the amazing culture that is Marshall Reddick Real Estate. We're looking for a proactive team member to make an immediate impact in our Property Management division. The main objective of this position is to handle and filter all incoming maintenance requests through AppFolio, communicate with vendors, and ensure requests are resolved in a timely manner. We are looking for a quick learner who is proactive, can take direction well, and shows initiative. This position will require excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills to exceed expectations of our tenants, owners, and vendors. You will have the privilege of communicating with landlords, when needed, regarding the status of their properties.
