Most duties are routine and recurring. Your To-Do list will focus on Data Entry and Reporting.**Requirements**:- Fluent English oral and written- Experience with Property Management accounting software (Propertyware by Real Page preferred)- Quickbooks Online experience- US business/tax experience (preferred)- Experience managing others (preferred)- Highly organized- Type 30+wpm- Fluency with cloud-based apps like Google Workplaces, Gmail, etc.**Additional Requirements**:- Quiet home office with high speed (10+mbps download) internet and 2 computer monitors- Available at least 40 hours per week M-F with weekend availability as needed (emergencies, etc)**YOU**:You're naturally obsessed with accuracy and highly detail-oriented. When something doesn't make sense, you enjoy drilling down until you get an answer that does. You're an excellent team player who will do whatever you can to help your team win. Most importantly, you're incredibly HONEST and ETHICAL, with a proven track record.To do well in this role, you must have:1) **Discipline** to complete all tasks assigned to you by their deadlines,2) **Reliability** to show up on time each day and perform your role,3) **Critical Thinking Skills** to know when the report you produce is clearly inaccurate or when a transaction does not make sense with routine processes and procedures4) **Courage** to speak up when you think something is inaccurate or suspicious**COMPENSATION**:$6-$8 per hour, + up to 20% quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics. Good performers working FT hours should earn $12,000 - $15,000 per year.Other income opportunities may be available.
