**Job description**

The Property Manager position is about being responsible for the operations of a set of properties and managing communication with their owners. The main responsibilities are:

- Managing day-to-day operations for a set of properties (organizing cleaning, maintenance, and repair services)
- Proactive and reactive communication with property owners (must be able to write and speak well in English)
- Being available for your teammates, taking ownership of situations when they arise, and finding solutions

Work experience and skills that make you a great applicant for the job:

- Experience working as a manager at a vacation rental company or hotel
- English fluency (speaking and writing), interpersonal communication skills,
- Positive attitude, leadership capability, openness to learning, empathy, and patience
- This job is good for you if you are proactive, like managing people and projects, and enjoy solving problems and making people happy. It's also good for you if you consider yourself to be a leader, stay calm when things don't go as planned, and like autonomy in the workplace.

The pay for this position ranges from $20,000-25,000 pesos per month with full legal benefits.
