Property Manager (Remote)

**Description**:- Fully remote Community Manager supporting either a portfolio of Financial Only accounts or smaller client accounts where meetings can be attended virtually.- Oversees all matters related to the function of a community, i.E., maintenance, vendor follow-up, and client interface.- Act as a liaison between the Board of Directors and residents in the execution of the established policies and the conveyance of resident requests and grievances.- Provide fiscal management, including but not limited to reviewing and approving invoices, coordinating tax preparation, coordinating reserve studies, reviewing completed financial statements for accuracy.- Prepare for and attend Association Meetings, including but not limited to: annual, turnover, and Board.- Prepare Board meeting packets, agendas, minutes, and action lists in accordance with company policy.- Work independently, with little oversight, and with accountability to management for the end result achieved.**Requirements**:**Soft Skills**- Effective communication, Detail Oriented, Leadership, Customer Oriented**Hard Skills**- Ability to read association rules, documents, and system criteria.- Ability to write in English to facilitate client communication.
