Create engaging content marketing strategies like blogs and videos that resonate with potential tenants. Use PPC advertising through Google Ads and social media ads to reach the right audience. Conduct market research to understand multifamily real estate trends in California and tailor strategies accordingly. Coordinate marketing campaigns that highlight property features and community amenities. Leverage CRM tools like Yardi or RealPage (OneSite) to manage marketing data and improve client engagement. Analyze website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates to refine marketing strategies. What We Need from You: Proven experience marketing multifamily properties in the U.S., preferably in California. Advanced digital marketing skills, especially in SEO, SEM, and PPC. Full English fluency (C1 level required). Familiarity with Yardi or RealPage (OneSite). Strong analytical abilities and a creative approach to problem-solving.
