In this role, you will manage, maintain, and enhance the Innsist Property Management System (PMS), with a strong focus on supporting hotel operations. You will be responsible for coordinating all Innsist PMS operations, analyzing users' needs and working closely with TCA Software Solutions to develop and implement new features and improvements. You will oversee the end-user training provided by vendors and internal resources. You will lead Hyatt's Innsist Front Office Support team, ensuring a satisfactory level of service for both hotel and corporate users. You will also maintain the commercial relationship with TCA Software Solutions, including negotiating pricing and project terms.A successful Property Systems Manager will:Ensure the smooth operation of technology within Hyatt's Inclusive Collection Hotel portfolio, to enhance guest experiences and streamline operational processes.Collaborate closely with Commercial Directors, Directors of Finance, Directors of IT, RVP's of Operations and other leaders who establish operational rules and procedures that involve the Innsist PMS.Coordinate with TCA Software Solutions (the PMS vendor) to ensure the successful implementation of Front Office systems, ensuring all modules, interfaces, and special processes are installed according to Hyatt–ALG standards.Oversee Hyatt resources providing support of Innsist's Front Office, Spa, and POS modules.Supervise the API Specialist who configures the interfaces and integrations between the PMS and third parties.Lead negotiations with TCA Software Solutions regarding new projects, timing, and costs.Provide support and consulting services to the commercial teams for business processes related to Finance and Customer Care.Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements.Plan, test, and implement new features and enhancements to core hotel systems while minimizing disruptions to operations.Organize and schedule training sessions for hotel staff and end-users to maximize the benefits of technology systems.Create training materials, manuals, and digital resources tailored to different skill levels and roles within the organization.Provide ongoing support and follow-up training to address user questions and concerns.Establish and maintain positive relationships with PMS and hotel systems providers
