You'll work with our sales, account management, and leadership team, as well as operational and technical teams, to turn ideas into proposals that resonate with our clients and reflect the WPO commitment to helping people.**Responsibilities**:- Develop, update, and maintain a comprehensive content library to support proposal development efforts.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish- Tailor content to meet the specific needs and preferences of target audiences, including case studies, testimonials, and value propositions.- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from past proposals, client feedback, and market trends.- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement to inform proposal strategies and decision-making.- Lead the development of high-quality proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements, win themes, and brand messaging.- Continuously evaluate and improve content templates, proposal outlines, and other tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- Track and analyze proposal metrics, such as win rates, to measure the effectiveness of different content approaches and adjust strategies accordingly.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or 5+ years of direct work experience.- Competency in working with Word, InDesign, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe.- Proven experience in proposal development, content management, and data analytics.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.- Results and quality-driven - not satisfied with producing mediocre work.- Effective time and people management skills, to ensure deadlines are met.- Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.- Confidence in working closely with executive-level staff
