Capgemini Engineering, a world leader in engineering, is looking for a Propulsion Systems Calibration Technical Project Manager!ACTIVITIES:Responsible for the overall project outcome.Coordinate with and report to customers and internal management team, including technical, budget, and schedule progress and risks.Manage scope, requirements, dependencies, and deliverables—with the customer and with the team.Develop cost, resource, and delivery estimates from management and Scrum tracking data.Generate written status reports; present these reports either in person or via teleconference.Ensure alignment with quality processes based on Altran standards, client expectations, and applicable regulatory guidelines.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering field from an ABET accredited university.Experience in developing diagnostic content for either or both electrified propulsion system and conventional.Knowledge of Diagnostic Protocols (Keyword 2000 and UDS)Knowledge of CAN messaging structure & protocol for the CAN-Bus layer.Knowledge of electrical systems test interface toolsGood understanding of vehicle propulsion system (conventional and/or electrified)Familiarity with tools and methodologies for engine calibration (INCA, DDT, CalDesk)Familiarity working with multi-discipline engineering teams to decompose and develop the diagnosability, maintainability and calibration strategies for the propulsion system.Requiring familiarity with agile development workframe (Pl planning, features decomposition, story points allocation, creation of backlog and big room planning interactions).Strong facilitation, mentoring, and coaching skills with ability to work directly with individuals and groups.Strong leadership behaviors in multi-disciplinary (cross-functional) team.Familiar with Office365 suite.Capable of creating Logical as well as Physical Schematics.Experience authoring Requirements and specifications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
