· Minimum 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience required.
· Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Projects, Excel, PROCORE (or similar project management software) · Detailed-oriented with a strong work ethic and Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, at-your-service attitude.
· Outstanding Customer Service skills.
· Follow-through skills to get the job done.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING · Must have been on ground-up projects of at least $4 million.
· Ability to track and manage subcontractors' progress.
· Responsible for quality control.
· Must be able to schedule the entire project from start to finish.
· Must be able to manage our labor force or subcontractors.
· Provide onsite coordination of workforce, equipment, and materials.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO): · college degree.
· 5+ years of construction experience in scheduling, cost control, contract documents, change orders, and means and methods.
· Strong leadership skills with the Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
· OSHA 30 Certified.
