Proyect Manager Construcciones

**Vacante para la empresa KM Headhunters de Mexico en Zona Rio -Tijuana, Baja California**:
**QUALIFICATIONS: (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)**:

- Construction Management, Engineering, or Architectural degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience required.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Projects, Excel, PROCORE (or similar project management software)
- Detailed-oriented with a strong work ethic and Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment. Positive, at-your-service attitude.
- Outstanding Customer Service skills.
- Follow-through skills to get the job done.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Must have been on ground-up projects of at least $4 million.
- Ability to track and manage subcontractors' progress.
- Responsible for quality control.
- Must be able to schedule the entire project from start to finish.
- Must be able to manage our labor force or subcontractors.
- Provide onsite coordination of workforce, equipment, and materials.

**WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)**:

- college degree.
- 5+ years of construction experience in scheduling, cost control, contract documents, change orders, and means and methods.
- Strong leadership skills with the Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
- OSHA 30 Certified.
