We are driven by a common purpose to make a positive impact for each other, our communities, and the environment.**JOB SUMMARY**The Family Planning Administrator, as coordinator between government authority and company, have to perform in accordance with the Family Planning Law in China and ensure the company's employees conduct the birth control issue and report results to relevant authority.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Set up marriage and pregnancy recorders of floating population and report to relevant authority of any status changes.- Publicize the Family Planning Law to the employees, conduct regular talks on birth control.- Conduct regular pregnancy tests and report results to relevant authority.- Verify certificate of pregnancy approval, handle cases of unapproved pregnancies in a timely manner so that the company does not bear the legal responsibility.- Conduct random spot check on female employees' pregnancy status in-between regular checks.- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS****KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.- Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.- Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.- Ability to write simple correspondence.
