AXA Partners Mexico is looking for a PSP Analyst.
Dimensions of Role
Support clients in a timely manner with everything related to AXA's organizational structure and have extensive knowledge of Global. HR tools to keep them up to date and reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze in detail the requests received by Local HR to make sure that the information is accurate.
- Execute effectively the requests received by Local HR.
- Execute the requests within the established timeframes (SLA's).
- Elaborate standardized and customized reports for Local HR. (Such as HR, IT, OPS, Finance, among others).
- Propose improvements for the PSP processes to provide a better, simpler, and more agile service to our customers.
- Correct operation and maintenance of AXA HR global systems (Oracle (YES Core), Taleo (YES Learning), Group Directory, Neocase (My HR Portal), among others.
**Your Profile**
Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or specialization in HR.
- Minimum experience of 2 years within the shared services model.
- Advanced level of English mandatory.
- Desirable intermediate level of Portuguese.
- Intermediate Excel knowledge mandatory.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - (SAP, Oracle).
- Desirable: Knowledge of ITSM tools (IT Service Management) - (SNOW, SILVA, OTRS)
