**HARMAN DE MEXICO*-****Solicita**:**Psychologist****Descripción y Requisitos****_Job _****_Responsibilities:_**- Management for the NOM 035 STPS- Management and report for the psychologic attention.- Creation of psychological first aid brigade integrated by all areas of the site.- Creation of the annual plan to improve the results of the NOM 035 ( psychosocial risk factors, organizational climate, workplace violence etc.)- Leadership of the violence and workplace harassment committee.- Provide training in order to prevent mental disorders (induction, monthly etc.)- Support the Doctor on control health programs and occupational health of the employees of the company through preventive programs, always focused in order to maintain and improve the health employees.- Provides psychologic attention services to employees who are feeling ill or have suffer accidents in the Company or events.- Follow up psychologist campaigns.**_Basic _****_Qualifications:_**- Clinical Psychologist degree.- 2-5 years of related experience.- Knowledge of NOM 035- Knowledge of organizational psychology- Demonstrated ability to deliver results through others.- Computer knowledge.- English 50%, (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations)Puesto: Medicina**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
