When you add that to the challenges we take on and solve together, you'll discover that at HARMAN you can grow, make a difference and be proud of the work you do every day.Position Summary:Supervisory Responsibilities:- As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).Job Responsibilities:- Management for the NOM 035 STPS- Management and report for the psychologic attention.- Creation of psychological first aid brigade integrated by all areas of the site.- Creation of the annual plan to improve the results of the NOM 035 ( psychosocial risk factors, organizational climate, workplace violence etc.)- Leadership of the violence and workplace harassment committee.- Provide training in order to prevent mental disorders (induction, monthly etc.)- Support the Doctor on control health programs and occupational health of the employees of the company through preventive programs, always focused in order to maintain and improve the health employees.- Provides psychologic attention services to employees who are feeling ill or have suffer accidents in the Company or events.- Follow up psychologist campaigns.Basic Qualifications:- Integrity.- Innovation.- Inclusion.- Teamwork & Respect.- Excellence.- Clinical Psychologist degree.- 2-5 years of related experience.- Knowledge of NOM 035- Knowledge of organizational psychology- Demonstrated ability to deliver results through others.HARMAN is an Equal Opportunity /Affirmative Action employer.
